ESSENTIAL TIPS FOR TENANTS

As part of your tenancy, we have outlined 5 essential hints and tips for you which will make your stay easy and better.

Please make sure that the mattresses are kept up off the carpet as this can cause moulds due to lack of ventilation. If mould occurs and leaves a permanent mark on the carpet it cannot be cleaned.

When you enter the property, make sure all the light bulbs are in working condition, we also request you to do the same thing when you vacate the property.

Washing Machines

If your property has a front loading washing machine, then we would strongly recommend you to use the powder of front loading washing machine only. Using other powder may get you in trouble. It would be wise to buy a front loader as the space can be restricted and it becomes easier to install a front loader dryer and washing together in limited space.

Waste disposal unit

If you have a waste disposal (Insinkarator), then we recommend you to put some water and avoid putting the following material down the disposal such as :-

• Banana skin
• Fruits
• Vegetables
• Paper
• Tea Bags
