After the viewing if you wish to apply the process for renting out with us is simple and stress free, all you need to do is fill the form under Apply For Rent section.
Once we have received your expression of interest, we will conduct credit & background checks to access your application.
If your application is shortlisted and finalized, we will prepare a tenancy contract for your reference and once you are happy you would need to pay the bond to secure the property.
The last step will be to do an entry inspection along with your portfolio manager who will hand over the keys onsite.
