Healthy Home Standard was implemented on 1st July 2019 and will be effective from 1st July 2021. The law comprises of 6 basic aspects which will make the property drier, well insulated and ventilated. The improvement and maintenance of these 6 aspects will increase the longevity of the house and will improve the standard of living for the tenants.

The 6 aspects under HHS are:- Heating, Insulation, Ventilation, Moisture, Drainage & Draught. We have received spects sheet for all of these aspects and have already started the procedure of getting all the prooerties complied.

We have engaged certified and affordable tradespeople to get these assessments done on each property at reasonable rates so that they are not heavy on our landlord’s pocket. Upon completion of the assessment the improvements will be carried out and before July 2021 all our properties will be complied as per the new laws.
